Meet David
David was larger than life. The kind of person whose presence could shift the energy of an entire room. He was passionate, driven, endlessly loyal, and deeply loved by the people around him.
Im an actor myself but David? He was a true entertainer. Life of the party.
He was a true sports fanatic — always competing, always cheering, always bringing intensity and excitement into everything he did. Whether it was on the field, watching a game, or talking sports with friends and family, that passion was part of who he was.
His biggest hobby? The gym. He lived in the gym, constantly pushing himself and motivating the people around him with his discipline, strength, and energy.
But beyond all of that, David had a heart that made people feel welcomed, understood, and valued.
In 2017, we lost David to suicide. That loss changed everything and became the beginning of a much bigger mission.
What started out as “Eight of Hearts” has transformed into Common Feelings, built entirely in his honor. We exist to build openness around mental health, foster deep emotional honesty, and cultivate true human connection.
This is more than a brand. It is a legacy built from love, remembrance, and the unshakeable belief that our feelings are meant to be shared, not hidden.
