Returns and Exchanges Policy
Orders returned in 14 days of delivery date will be refunded back to original payment method.
Orders returned in 15-30 days of delivery date, can be exchanged for alternative size, color or item (of equal value).
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start an Exchange
To start an exchange, you must contact us at hello@ourcommonfeelings.com
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right through an exchange.
